Booking
How do I book a property?
Simply select your dates, fill in your details, and submit a booking request. We'll respond within 24 hours with availability and pricing.
Is it cheaper to book directly?
Yes! Booking directly with us means no platform fees. You'll always get the best rate on precioushomes.pt.
Can I book the entire Santana building?
Absolutely! Our four Santana apartments can be booked together, accommodating up to 8 guests. Perfect for family reunions, group trips, or small events.
What is your cancellation policy?
We offer flexible cancellation up to 14 days before check-in for a full refund. Cancellations within 14 days receive a 50% refund. In case of extraordinary circumstances, we always work with our guests to find a fair solution. Contact us directly for any concerns.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept bank transfers and major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard). When you book directly through our website, we'll send you payment instructions within 24 hours of confirming your reservation.
Check-in & Check-out
What time is check-in and check-out?
Check-in is from 3:00 PM and check-out is by 11:00 AM. We use smart locks, so you can arrive at your convenience within these hours.
How does self check-in work?
Before your arrival, we'll send you a unique access code for the smart lock. Simply enter the code and you're in — no need to meet anyone or coordinate schedules.
The Property
Are the apartments suitable for remote work?
Yes! All our apartments feature dedicated workspaces and ultra-fast 1 Gbps fiber WiFi. Many of our guests are digital nomads who stay for extended periods.
Is there an elevator in the Santana building?
The Santana building is a charming historic Lisbon building without an elevator. Each apartment is on a different floor (1st through 4th). The climb is well worth the stunning views!
What amenities are included?
Every apartment includes a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, washing machine, fresh bed linens and towels, toiletries, coffee and tea, 1 Gbps fiber WiFi, a smart TV, and air conditioning. We also provide a welcome pack with local Portuguese treats.
Are pets allowed in the apartments?
We do not currently allow pets in our apartments. This policy helps us maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and comfort for all guests, including those with allergies.
Are the apartments accessible for people with reduced mobility?
Our Santana apartments (floors 1–4) are in a historic building without an elevator and are not suitable for guests with mobility challenges. Our Olival and Avenida da Liberdade apartments are on the ground floor and first floor respectively, making them more accessible. Please contact us to discuss your specific needs.
About Lisbon
How do I get from the airport to the apartments?
Lisbon Airport is just 20 minutes from our properties by taxi or ride-share (Uber/Bolt). The metro also connects the airport to the city centre. We can arrange airport transfers on request.
What's the best time to visit Lisbon?
Lisbon is wonderful year-round! Spring (March–May) and autumn (September–November) offer mild weather and fewer crowds. Summer is warm and vibrant, while winter is mild with occasional rain.
Is Lisbon safe for tourists?
Lisbon is one of Europe's safest capital cities. As with any city, use common sense with your belongings, especially in busy tourist areas. Our neighbourhoods are particularly safe and welcoming.
